Vita Tracker ("we", "our", "the app") is a vitamin and supplement tracking application published by Ziziphus s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
In short: everything you track stays on your device. The only data that reaches our servers is what is needed to confirm a Vita Pro subscription, and it is never linked to your name, email or health information.

Vita Tracker stores the following data locally on your device:
This health-related data is never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
Your supplement entries, history and settings are stored only on your device, using your device's local app storage. We do not transmit, upload or share your personal health data with any server, analytics service or advertiser.
Subscription records are the one exception, and are described in the next section.
If you subscribe to Vita Pro, we have to confirm with Apple or Google that the purchase is genuine and still active. To do that, the app sends the following to our own server:
We store the resulting subscription status — which plan, whether it is active, and when it renews or expires — against that anonymous identifier. We use it for one purpose only: to unlock Pro features for you, and to restore your access if you reinstall the app or change device.
We never receive your name, email address, phone number, or any payment or card details, and no supplement or health data is ever sent with it. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the subscription you paid for).
Subscription data is processed and stored on servers located in the European Union (Belgium and Germany).
We do not collect:
If you enable vitamin reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are processed entirely on your device and are not sent through any external server. We cannot see your reminders or whether they were delivered.
Vita Tracker offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, who are the sellers of record. We never have access to your payment information. See "Subscription Data" above for what we do receive.

These providers process data on our behalf as processors and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data on your device is kept until you delete it or uninstall the app. Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as we need them to handle renewals, restores, refunds and our accounting and tax obligations.
Vita Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

To have your subscription record deleted from our server as well, email support@ziziphus.io. Note that deleting it means we can no longer restore Pro access to a reinstall, and that cancelling a subscription itself must be done in your App Store or Google Play account.
If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
Because our subscription records are tied only to an anonymous identifier, we may need you to provide it, or your purchase receipt, before we can locate your data. Contact us at support@ziziphus.io.
